On the 1st of March, as the season of updating courses drew to a close, it was a pleasure to host some of the most active and well-established Support Services in the company, with a vast experience in our network of collaborators, and who constitute a fundamental element of support for the customer, who is assisted at all times and at 360 degrees for any need or urgency.
We spent constructive hours discussing strategic planning for the 2024 season, which promises to be full of challenges and opportunities. It was a moment to share experiences and renew our commitment to quality and owner focus.
On this occasion, for the first time, the "Customer Service Excellence Award 2023" was also given to the most sought-after Services, an award that certifies those who have distinguished themselves for quality and efficiency in direct contact with the end customer.
