It is called "48 Wallytender" and is the first original project created by the collaboration between the Wally and Ferretti brand, world leader in the design, construction and control of motor yachts and pleasure boats. During the opening of the Düsseldorf Boot, the Ferretti Group officially presented the boat and affirmed the entry of the iconic luxury yacht brand in its wide and prestigious portfolio of brands, which includes Ferretti Yachts, Riva, Pershing, Itama, Mochi Craft, CRN and Custom Line.

Fast, elegant, spacious and safe, the 48 Wallytender retains those distinctive traits that have made Wally a true reference point in international yachting, as also affirmed by the company's founder, Luca Bassani.

"The new 48 Wallytender - Bassani wrote - is proof that the DNA Wally, with the design is immediately recognizable, the high level performance and flexibility of use, continues with the partnership with the Ferretti Group. the world has said the will to live the sea in the open air and the pleasure of life Today - he underlined - we are proud to introduce to the market the renewed original version of Wallytender, where these concepts are further lived ".

Conceived as a runabout, the Wallytender is the ideal solution both for daily cruises and to be a service boat for maxi yachts and private villas, creating that market of the big soft that did not exist before. The new 48 Wallytender brings the characteristics of its predecessor to an even higher level, thanks also to new equipment. Wally's desire to combine design and functionality remains unchanged: an approach that is evident in every detail of the lightweight composite construction.

The most significant change, however, concerns the increase in internal volumes that wakes more comfort and greater possibilities of use. This is a real hot shower. The interior layout has been designed to accommodate guests' relaxation, which can be accommodated in generous seating and on sundecks, fully enjoying the dining area thanks to the kitchen cabinet equipped with two cooking plates, a sink and two refrigerators (one inside, the other outside).

In a few places it is possible to place the seats in the cockpit facing the road, while at the anchor the dining table is needed. The aft sundeck can be raised completely to access the engines or just open the upper section to find a storage space. In addition, peaks is located under the bow sundeck and in a piece of furniture positioned behind the seats of the wheelhouse, ideal for stowing water games is an inflatable SUP like diving equipment.

In addition to the hardtop, the bow bridge and the cockpit can be protected from the sun with the bimini supported by uprights in carbon fiber, also stable in the locker behind the seats (a solution that Wally introduced in 2003 with the 118 Wallypower). Another practical solution introduced by the 118 Wallypower are the demolished sections of the walls, which increase the size of the stern platform at berth, provided by a retractable gangway that can be transformed into a bathroom ladder with five steps.

A special Besenzoni system, equipped with an extending arm for strong cases, is hidden behind a single-deck flush-mount hatch. The all-hull fender, a distinctive feature of Wally, ensures a practical mooring solution, as an alternative to the bulky fenders. The standard propulsion provides that the Volvo IPS 650 engines used (coupled for a maximum power of 1020hp) can be controlled by a user-friendly joystick and are able to reach a maximum speed of 38 knots.

A gyroscopic stabilizer can be placed in a separate frame. Finally, thanks to its bridge on one level, the teak edge and the deep walls, the 48 Wallytender is an ideal boat for families and safe for children, able to make its guests feel in the "boat" that " above "of it.

Thanks to the partnership with Ferretti Group, Wally returned to the Boot in Düsseldorf (where he had not been exhibiting since 2004) with his own stand (Hall 6, 6E59). Cannes Yachting Festival (from 10 to 15 September).
