How is Besenzoni S.p.A born? "Today the company is managed by the second generation of the Besenzoni family, but our slogan since 1967 is" on the innovation routes ". These words contain our story a little because, since it was founded, our company has set itself the goal of creating products of excellent quality, technologically advanced and unique in design, destined for the nautical world. We are indeed world leaders in the design and production of accessories for boats ». What do you do? What are your goals? «Our goal is to fully satisfy the demands of our customers, offering them excellence and customizing our products to best serve the superyacht segment. This is why we have been collaborating for years with the most prestigious yards of yachts and mega yachts all over the world, which we work with right from the design stages ». What time is it for pleasure boating? «It is a stimulating and growing moment. We closed 2018 with a 13% increase over the last four years and we continue to grow, both abroad and on the Italian market, and this is obviously the best way for us to respond to the dark years of boating. Our business is adapting to the trends and we are working a lot on the internationalization project, with a 55% export from production. In particular we look at the US market and that of northern Europe, where the super yacht yards are based ". Why at Seatec even in 2019? «We have always been participating in Seatec, since its first edition. We strongly believe in this fair and this loyalty was awarded last year with the Fidelity Award ». What will you show? «This year we will bring great news, such as the new external telescopic gangway with automatic movements that combines the functions of gangway and davit for lifting tenders. We will also give space to the new "Unica division", designed for super yachts, a "very bright" staircase - with led lights under the perimeter and below each step - which is combined with the catwalk function ".
