Gentlemen, the revolution is green. Besenzoni, a leading brand for over 50 years in the design and manufacture of nautical accessories, presents the new LaScala Elettrica at the next Venice Boat Show from 29 May to 6 June.
The Sarnico company thus develops another great novelty that contributes to a more environmentally friendly future of navigation. “After the great success of LaPasserella we have decided to bring this technology to our most recognized products. LaScala Elettrica is the first but others will follow. We think that this new technology focused on greater attention to the environment in all its aspects, from the manufacturing process of the product, to the technology, to the materials used, is the right path to follow "said Giorgio Besenzoni, CEO of the company. The model to which this innovation is applied is the Ladder-Gangway SP 607, until now built with hydraulic operation, and now presented with an electric control unit. The new multifunctional retractable ladder for sailboats, yachts and superyachts adapts to different technical and aesthetic needs depending on the type of boat on which it is installed and transforms in a few seconds into a gangway, orienting in addition to the extension and height, the angle of the steps. The total power supply that characterizes this Besenzoni product has numerous advantages. Similarly to LaPasserella, LaScala Elettrica allows the absence of the hydraulic unit, making the system quiet and the boat lighter. The result is therefore a fundamental quality: a lower impact on the marine environment, generated by the automatic reduction of fuel and reduced energy consumption on board. The coating in stabilized PVC synthetic material resistant to UV rays 100% ecological.
Available in 3 versions based on the number of steps, from 6 to 8, the Electric Ladder has numerous customizations available. It is supplied with removable manual stanchions with rope but stanchions with polished steel handrails can be installed. The steps can be in teak or carbon and the double tubes in polished or painted steel, with polished or painted cover casings.
La Scala Elettrica will be presented for the first time in the Tesa San Cristoforo 92 stand in the Nappe Tese area and in the stand in the Piazzale della Campanella area.
On the same occasion Besenzoni will sponsor the Anvera E lab boat led by Luca Ferrari and with the exceptional presence on board of the Italian astronaut Maurizio Cheli. With the fastest electric boat of the Solar & Energy Boat Challenge they will participate in the E-Regata, a race of electric boats from all over the world that will take place from 3 to 5 June also in Venice.
