BESENZONI: THE BEELECTRIC RANGE GROWS AGAIN. NOW ALSO THE TENDERLIFT GOES GREEN.
The new electrically operated tender lift was presented, a novelty that expands the BeElecrict series, the latest revolutionary #Range of a company that has been enriching #nautical components for 55 years thanks to an industrial mentality that is always able to renew itself without ever betraying the artisan ethics of the origins.

IlTenderLIft with electric movement was presented today, Thursday 16 December, the latest technological product that enriches the BeElectric series of the Sarnico company, right on the day when #besenzoni opens the doors of its plants to the international press to make known the the latest #Gamma born but also all the products and innovations created in 55 years of activity for the #nautics and naval industry.

The new #Range of electrically operated components born in December 2020 - which today already sees LaPassarella, LaScala and IlSalpAncora in production - is therefore completed by IlTenderLift, dedicated to the management of all the operations necessary for hauling / launching tenders and jets ski guaranteeing the crew optimal control of this technical phase that can be managed by a single operator, without the slightest disturbance for the owner.

The TenderLift represents #besenzoni's effort to simplify and make life on board more and more eco-sustainable with fundamental components that use a simple system, the electric one, developed and enriched with new style and technology contents.

The project in its first proposal has a capacity of 850 kg including the weight of the platform, but the production includes other versions with lifting capacities from 400 to 1200 kg as well as totally customizable solutions - custom solutions are in fact another flagship. of the company, which has made its ability to adapt perfectly to the needs of the owner and shipyard a fundamental point of its business.

The total electrical power supply that characterizes the Besenzoni BeElectric range entails numerous advantages both for the boats on which it is mounted and for the environment. First of all, the absence of the hydraulic unit and oil makes the systems more silent and the boats lighter. The weight reduction leads to a series of “savings”, having lower kilos on board and lower installation and maintenance costs. Added to this is also an automatic reduction of fuel with a lower impact on the marine environment. Energy consumption on board is also reduced, without the need for the hydraulic power of the engine. The energy itself is optimized, starting from the electronic control of the effort with less current to avoid excessive stress on the system and the structure: management takes place with 24Vdc.

From the most banal but still drastic reduction in the use of paper in offices, to the choice of completely rethinking packaging materials, which have been replaced with more sustainable alternatives that are equally valid, our company continues its path towards daily management and increasingly #green production. We have made updates and replacements of machinery with new less impacting solutions: for example we use a new water cutting system that does not use mineral oil but electric pumps to avoid pollution and dispersions ".

Again with this in mind, #besenzoni is also carrying out solutions for a more efficient management of the heating of work environments through the study of a geothermal well and, in parallel, together with the Lombardy Region, has launched the project for the construction of an exchanger. of heat to exploit the heat produced by the oven system, used in painting, recovering it to heat the various departments.
