The meeting held in Girona for the training of the IMNASA group, key Spanish partner for Besenzoni, is another step in its programme of continuous updating and training for the service and assistance network.
It is called Besenzoni Service University and is the program, led by Gino Chiodini and conceived by Besenzoni to carry on the training of its team. Training courses are periodically organized at the central office of the Customer Service with the aim of updating the members of the service network on the techniques of installation, management and maintenance of Besenzoni items.
In the case of particularly large groups and depending on the type of subject to be studied, training is held directly at the headquarters of the commercial partners, as in the case of IMNASA, based in Girona, Spain, where the training course for the group’s technicians has just ended
