RIO YACHTS launches the 2019 season with the Sport Coupè 56
RIO YACHTS, historic Italian shipyard born in 1961 on the shores of Lake Iseo, strengthens its presence in the yachts sector from 50 to 60 feet by presenting the new Sport Coupè 56.
Sport Coupè 56 is a completely new hull that enhances and summarizes the technical, aesthetic, comfort and innovation elements that have made the success of the proceeding models in the range.
Built with avant-garde materials and with the Italian craftsmanship that distinguishes the RIO YACHTS production, rich in technical features, it is a hard top with a sporty, bright, completely closable and authentic open look: a yacht where indoor and outdoor spaces interact continuously in a continuum of elegance and sportiness, with spaces and lines from true open, practicality of use and generous spaces.
The design, designed by Marino Alfani, assisted by the project office inside the construction site, is played on sartorial details and fine finishes that give life to comfortable environments in the name of conviviality and Made in Italy.
The interior and exterior spaces of Sport Coupè 56 are characterized by being all extremely connected: environments dedicated to the pleasure of being together.
Starting from the stern we find a large folding platform with garage (for dinghy or jet ski) and retractable barbecue, a large cockpit with a sundeck, modular tables, electric awning that allows you to enjoy the sun and the sea in company.
The characterizing element of the new boat, characteristic of RIO YACHTS tested in other models of the range, is the glass door between cockpit and wheelhouse: it allows to close the cockpit completely, obtaining maximum comfort and expanding the times of use.
When not needed, the door disappears into the ceiling, giving the hull the appearance and usability of the true open. Sport Coupè 56 becomes the boat for all seasons.
Going through the door you find yourself in a very bright dinette with a large sofa, glass tables, marble top, retractable television and double driving station signed Besenzoni.
The driving position allows easy maneuverability and the large windscreen provides a wide and complete view.
The suspended dashboard has two 12 "multi-function touchscreens for managing all the instruments on board: from the cameras to the pilot, from the echo to the radar to the GPS. Sport Coupè 56 is powered by two MAN I6 800 2x800HP engines, reaching a top speed of 35 knots for a cruising speed of 30 knots and low fuel consumption for its category.
The large external walkways allow you to get to the large bow sundeck safely.
As far as the interiors are concerned, priority was given to spaces and volumes, to habitability and subdivision that have always been a characterizing element of the construction site.
Functionality, versatility and aesthetic research come together in flexible compositions: the layout in fact offers various options, two cabins / three cabins, garage / crew cabin depending on the needs of the owner. The kitchen is located in the center of the boat and represents the junction between the outside and the inside, creating a unique and spacious environment. The crystal ceiling allows for exceptional brightness. It is an exhibited kitchen, considered as a moment of pleasure, relaxation and enjoyment by the owner and his friends / guests.
The cabins are spacious and comfortable: the large windows allow sailors to feel part of the sea. Infinite choices of materials for the personalization of Sport Coupè 56: as with other models in the range, a team of trained professionals accompanies the shipowner in the process of choosing every detail of his new boat where no detail is left to chance.
The first hull is delivered to an American customer who will sail in the North of the United States.
