BESENZONI TRINING
The Besenzoni Service University recently stopped in Girona (Spain), for the formation of the Imnasa Group, a key partner of Besenzoni in Spain. Within the consolidated project "Besenzoni Service Univer- sity", which has Gino Chiodini as the main responsible, the central Customer Service office regularly organizes informative meetings, aimed at the entire assistance network, with the main objective of updating the members on the new installation, management and maintenance techniques of the Besenzoni products. Each course includes a theoretical part (on the forms, the terms of the guarantee and the technical characteristics of the components) and an intense practical session to train the network to face any kind of problem promptly. After 50 years of history, Besenzoni has the largest sales network in the industry, with an international presence in 59 countries with 187 sales offices. With more than 60 patents, and constantly updating its technology, we have seven different ranges comprising more than 170 products.
