Thanks to the innovative spirit of our young employees and their proposals since 05/03/2020 Smart Working has been in place to try to limit the possible transmission of the virus within the company’s offices.
Before social distancing became a real national / world requirement, we therefore started Smart Working not only for the Commercial and Sales department but also for the design office and for the after Sales and service department.
Logistics, Purchasing, Production and planning were revolutionized in the days immediately following.
We are currently operating in all our functions and in this quarantine period we have been able to maintain active relations with the entire commercial network and our network of Assistance Services spread throughout the country and in the rest of the world.
We have also focused our attention on the production which has been revolutionized and transformed by modifying both the layout of the individual work place and also the organization of the production plan as a whole making it more flexible, always guaranteeing above all respect the health and safety of our valued personnel.
Today we can say that Besenzoni Spa is always in constantly adapting to be able to keep up with new needs by exploiting all the modern technologies and the innovative spirit of our young employees in order to satisfy our customers with the desire to start all together in safely."
